Please fill up the form carefully. Use sentence case for fields containing Alphabetic Characters. Do not use sepecial Characters like . , ( ) * & ^ % $ # @ ! in address fields. Only / is allowed in building number field like 24/A etc. Give your birth day in dd-mm-yyyy format e.g. 15-03-1957. Type your mobile number and email correctly as all future contacts will be made through email and/or mobile. Select your membership type and then give the six digit membership number correctly like 000123 or 013068 etc. Non member applicants should leave this field as 999999. Select your choice of food All rooms were booked on double occupancy basis. So you should provide the name of your partner and his/her membership number if the partner is also a member of FIP. In absence of partner name FIP will be at liberty to provide a room partner. FIP reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason. If you opt for Panna Safari then you must contact wildsoul and send your AADHAAR card and booking money of Rs. 8000/- separately.
Make sure to pay the Booking Money of Rs. 6000/- before filling out the form for the convention
as you have to provide the date and details of booking payment confirmation (UTR number/Transaction number, date, bank etc.) in the form and you must send the receipt copy of the same to treasurer of FIP along with your Unique Id of the form within 3 days. Please Read the refund rules carefully. Click the convention details link before filling the form. Please note that hotel rooms at Orchha will be made available after 2 PM. Registration desk at Orchha will start from 2 PM onwards. You should arrive on 26th November at Orchha and check in around 2 PM.
